It's hard to choose a favorite because there are so many great people to choose from. I really like David because I think he is easy for a modern person to identify with. He had a lot of obstacles to overcome and even though he was chosen by God as a King he still made many mistakes in his life. He wasn't overly righteous or perfect and didn't claim to be. Sometimes his faith wavered, sometimes he pleaded with God and tried to make deals with him. Sometimes he felt alone and wondered if God had deserted him (Psalms). I think a lot of modern people have experienced many of those same things but for some reason think that it makes them less worthy.

I have always liked Noah and the Ark. It is the one bible story that I always read over and over as a kid and still to this day enjoy the story.

I like Lucipher because he was God's best friend. Lucipher also had many other friends and they were close friends. Lucipher was very smart and was able to rule an entire world so not many of us can be credited for the same goals.
