Neither, I prefer to embrace my paleness. Both are horrible for your skin anyway.

I think the trick is to go to a tanning booth twice a week or something for a month before an overseas holiday, nothing better than not having that "I've just landed and booked into the hotel" feeling when out and about

it actually relies upon on the sensitivity of your epidermis. some human beings can get burnt in 10 minutes..others can sit down interior the sunlight for hours and merely tan..or get no shade in any respect. with epidermis as honest as yours, you in all possibility often is the type to burn. i'd choose for an stronger spf tanning product and merely sit down interior the sunlight for about an hour. in case you start up getting TOO crimson, i'd end by way of fact once you burn, you are able to peel. which ability your epidermis starts off peeling off. not stable. and you dont get a tan in case you peel they have a product which you are able to purchase for about 5 money which you place on when you burn and it helps stay away from peeling and as quickly as the burn will become a tan, it helps it stay tan longer.

I go natural and use the sun for my tanning booth! Tanning booths remind me of coffins and I don't need to rush that feeling. lol

Neither, I don't try to intentionally tan. I don't want a bunch of wrinkles and leathery skin or look old from too much sun.

I don't do either. The sun makes me ill and I won't pay for a tan.

neither....I not only burn easily but its horrible for your skin. You might not think about it now but when you're in your 40's you'll see what it has done to your face! Use a sunscreen!! I've seen the damage and thank goodness I have kept out of the sun =)
