Taco Bell is absolutely safe. It was only a small regional episode where this occurred. Taco Bell has not been blamed for the contamination. It all occurred at a food distribution plant. But, to be on the safe side, most Taco Bells have discontinued the use of green onions. Other than that, Taco Bell is as safe as it's ever been.

E-coli is essentially fecal matter in the blood. If the green onions are a problem, what makes you think anything else growing in the field is safe? I suspect the farm owners (most of whom are Bush League Republicans) do not provide adequate rest room facilities and sanitation for their workers, and when you gotta go, you gotta go.

Yes, actually taco bell is the cleanest now than it has ever been because they have been inspected so many times that they are forced to keep it very neat and tidy.
