What is your position concerning the use of tobacco?

How do you answer this question on a job application for a teaching position for a christian school?

hello! First i would like your opinion, please. but i am surprised to see someone who is stiil not aware of the negative result of using tobacco. Its result is aksiom. Hope you can join my opinion. Have a nice day! without Tobacco!

You really must be honest. You want to establish trust with a potential employer.
Assuming they don't smoke, don't want to hire smokers and you do smoke, it will be virtually impossible for you to keep the smell of tobacco out of your hair, clothes and breath.
If you somehow did manage to get the job and were discovered later to smoke, you could be fired for cause--lying in your interview or on your application. This is much more damaging information and it could follow you the rest of your teaching career.
If you really want this job, tell them you smoke, but you are willing to stop and lay out a reasonable plan to help you stop. (It could be any of the ordinary methods, patch, counseling, whatever. It could be like a lesson plan with a finish date.) Hopefully, the school would be willing to work with you and you would genuinely try to stop.

Well My position concerning the use of tobacco is most of the time I am sitting down but I have been known to stand up also.

I personally think smoking cigarettes is disgusting. I do think an occasional cigar or pipe is okay, but only in your home, or outdoors, away from people who don't like smoke blown in their faces.
As to the job application, I'd answer honestly, especially if it's a Christian school.
