Are you allowed to bring a video game console to college? (RIT for example) If so, then how would you play it?

Video games and all types of games and amusements are strictly forbidden at most American universities. You are there to work, not play games.

You should be ashamed of yourself for not knowing this.

Ok, just kidding. College students are adults. You can do anything you want in college as long as it isnt a fire hazard or illegal. Spend your whole life in the dorm playing Call to Duty, noone will tell you to stop.
