I really like this guy from India, and we want to be together here is the USA forever. How can he get permission or whatever to come to the USA to stay forever? What does he need to do and how much will it cost? Can anyone help me?

What all most all people from India do to get a green card for USA or any other country is to get married to the citizen of the country they want to be. Secondly they make it a point to have a child born out their wedlock in that country itself where they want to stay to further get change to have a green card on the basis of natural parent of the born citizen of the country. Thirdly they apply for immigration for the country on the basis of their qualifications & other necessary conditions required for such immigration. Fourthly they visit the country on visitor visa & get hold of any citizen of the country & indulge in contract marriage or marriage of convenience just for the sake of getting immigration on the basis of such marriage. Fifthly they come on the basis of student visa, get themselves adjusted in that country for job & even marry which ultimately results in getting immigration to the country. These are few of the methods most Indian employ to get immigration or green card for any country.

My guess would be to marry him? I had a good friend in HS who married someone from some other country (forget which one, he's Latin/Spanish of some sort) so that he could stay here in the USA. I'm sure there's lots of websites on changing your citizen status or whatever. Marrying would be my first guess though.

Ah! My mother had the same problem, and only recently took the citizenship test! I'm pretty sure it's free, and if he's legal, no problem. I think you can go to wherever you can validate a passport to take a citizen ship apliccation. It's like a test and stuff.

If he had half a brain he would know where to get the answers to those questions. So have you met this guy from India or is he one of those "Online Romeos" looking for some gullible woman to "marry" him.

First he must drink that special elixir which gives him immortality. Then he must find ways to entertain himself. (Forever is a very long time)
