i m still breastfeeding the baby n also feeding some cereal twice a day n a fruit serving once a day

4-6 oz is plenty. Just give it to him when you are feeding him solids.

2-4 oz of water between feedings or when thirsty.

6-12 months:

none. they will get full of off water. it has none of the nutrients their tiny bodies need. just stick with the formula.

they don't need water until you are not giving them formula anymore. Because the Formula has all the water they need.

you can give a few ounces between feeding if thirsty/hungry

no water if he/she is on formula you dont want to replace any fromula with water formula has lots of vitmins they need......
