im doing a research project for my chemistry class and I need more information on the molecule "fructose". any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fructose aka fruit sugar is a carbohydrate (specifically a ketohexose) with many different types of bonds not just a polar bond.

You can get more information from biochemistry books.

Fructose has a number of polyol groups and so will be polar covalent.
