Personally, I don't think they are worth paying for because foreclosure information is public knowledge. All you have to do is get the official organs (newspapers) for the counties you are interested in and all of the foreclosures for that month are listed. I used to be a foreclosure investor and I subscribed to every county's paper that I was interested in. As such, I never saw the need to pay for information I could get on my own.
As a matter of fact, if you build some relationships with key people in that industry, you may get some listings before they go public ;-)

No, not worth it. This may cause debate, but by the time it gets to these sites, the people who truly earn their living in foreclosures have already made their move on the best prospects. If you want the most useful info, you are better off making regular trips to the county recording office. That is, if you are using the list to find distressed homeowner's whom you want to buyout or lease option to. If you are using the list for a less time-sensitive purpose, then a subscription may not be a bad idea if you don't have time to make the trips.

you can get the info for free at the county plus the information on the websites is not not new and the clients on there are probably being contacted by countless other people
