32 people died in this horrific event, including 1 teacher who was 72 years old, he was a Holocaust survivor. He blocked the door to allow time for the students to get away, and the murderer shot through the door, killing him. The murderer took his own life as well so that brings up the total to 33 dead and 18 injured last I heard. Hopefully the sick S** is in hell getting his just rewards.

Cho Seung-hui shot 2 people in the dorm and 60 people in Norris Hall, 30 of whom died (5 of those were faculty). Then he shot himself. You can find a short biography of each of his victims here....
