its old and not about retirement.... but theres an old song I think called the wedding bell blues and she says bill alot. sorry lol The group that sings wedding bell blues is 5th dimension and its from the 70s I think. Also there was a country song from about 10 or so years ago called I miss Billy the Kid. That might be kinda cute.

There is a song called "Bill" on an old Earth Wind & Fire album .It has a good upbeat but you might not dig it for a retirement song.It goes,"I love you so and always will" lol-Good Luck

There is an old "Van Halen" song Called ..." Big Bad Bill ( is Sweet William Now )" ....It was on the album "Diver Down"
It is kind of an appropriate song you may have to download it , that album ( or CD ) may be out of print by now
