Have no idea, but here are a few links for some other people who thought Hitler was not Socialist. By the way (other posters), Mussolini was the Fascist Dictator! Learn some history! Also, Socialism is the main root of Communism, not the exact same!

I am liberal and I know that on a political specturm democracy is closer to communism. However... Communism is a much better option than say, the republican equivalant on the political spectrum. I appreciate SOME communist and socialist ideals such as health care.

And with your mention of Hitler... Doesn't George W Bush have a remarkable resemblance to Hitler? I mean not in appearance, Bush is more like a monkey in that sense. But I mean in the rise to power and working within the system. Manipulating the public to get what he wants. Oh, almost forgot about a genocide. This is, of course, if you leave out the fact that Hitler was pretty intelligent and a great speaker despite being corrupt, don't mix that up.

Because Liberals are all about hiding what they believe because they know what they believe would never be accepted. Oops, did I say liberals, Don't they prefer the word "Progressives"? Just more hiding of what they really believe. As far as socialism being kind, a socialist is simply a communist who hasn't become a dictator yet. When you believe that the individual is subservient to the government or the group identity, that is the worst violence you can do to a free person. If you want proof, communist dictators have starved, killed, and tortured more people than any other form of government since the beginning of time. Stalin killed more of his own people than the total number killed by Hitler's army's. Pol Pot killed 3 million of his own people. China and Cuba are still adding to the millions they are responsible for killing.

Because Hitler was elected on a platform that was more or less dedicated to anti-socialism. Hitler was a fascist. That is the opposite from what you claim. He was free market, big business, was against gays, pro gun, anti women's rights, did not believe in church state separation, supported use of torture when required by national security, and shall I go on? basically the same beliefs Dick Cheney has.

Also, people get annoyed when others mention communism with no grasp of what the word means or any historical context.

Maybe because he was much a socialist as Donald Trump claims to be a humanitarian.

Get over it. Hitler was a reactionary monster who murdered millions of his least favorite human beings because they were not arian pure.

Got any real proof that the Democratic National Committee is planning to open death camps?!?

Please, show us some proof.

I don't know anywho who really cares whenever communism is mentioned. As for Hitler, I get upset when people get his party affiliations wrong. Hitler was a Nazi, which is the extremest form of conservative government.

you're basing this off of what Hitler, Stalin and the others SAID they were...

it's like saying saddam was president of a democracy... which he said he was, he held elections... sham elections, but elections none the less...

they were really all just dictators hiding behind ideas, like socialism. communism and democracy...

that's why we get upset...

I'm pretty liberal, and I'm not upset.

It really depends on how you mention communism, etc.

It also depends on if you understand the difference
between Stalinism, communism as it was practiced and
communism as Marx envisioned it.

It also depends on you understanding the difference
between socialism and communism.

And finally, it depends on you understanding that
calling yourself (and your party) socialist and
actually being socialist are two different things.

Because the white trash on this board keeps forgetting that National Socialism and Communism is not the same as Democratic Socialism.

Why do conservatives blame video games, rap and movies for crime when its their own capitalistic economic and social failures that cause the crime int his country?

Why do conservatives constantly and willingly confuse social responsibility with personal greed?

Why do conservative claim to be against government enforced entitlement and yet allow religious organizations to push their politics and educational ideals with only "because my god said so" to back themselves up with?
