How about a nice wristwatch?
Jewelry is nice; maybe a pretty necklace or bracelet.
It also depends on who you are: a parent, an aunt, a sister, a boyfriend, a stalker? An alien from another planet? Depending on who you are might influence what you give her. But without at least a few details we have to give somewhat generic responses.

has she not mentioned something a few times a lil while back to yourself or to someone else close? Most teens want money so they can purchase whatever they fancy. Has she asked about getting her ears peirced? or buying makeup when she becomes a teen*? or wanting to go somewhere special for dinner? GoodLuck*
