How should I remove exterior house paint from the plastic side panel on the bumper of my car without harm?

the front of the car (Infiniti FX35) was scraped as it was pulled into the car port. I'm unsure if the paint is latex or oil base, but I am interested in answers for both types of paint. Thanks

Stop in a auto parts store and get auto hand glaze.Its not a wax but a cleaner. Take your time with the hand glaze it should remove the paint and clean up the area.

ok heres what you do you measure out 3 tbl spoons of salt and mix with 1 liter of milk then you put a candle in it and let it burn over night this is very important it has to be at least 15 hours better if more then you take this mixture and you scrub it into the glue with a sponge NOTHING BUT A SPONGE and it should dissolve before your very eyes

spray some WD40 on soft rag, and rub the area down.
that may do the trick.
