i feel so fat, im 5 foot and weigh like 85. i feel so fat wat can i do to like make me less fat. i do gymnastics and me and my friends play soccer all the time but i still feel fat.
im a 14yr old girl.

but all i eat everyday all day is junk food i never eat anything healthy cause my mom never buys healthy crap cause i wont eat it. so i think im fat.

and wat are u talking about eat more, i eat all fuking day. im not kidding i eat like all day seriously my teachers dont care so i just eat and stuff. so i dont think eating is gonna make me better.

You have some problems. Well, not pschotic or anything. But you have self-image problems. You're like me, I'm 12 1/2, am 5 Feet 5.5 Inches, but I'm 110. I'm not fat, i weigh more than you and people tease me and call me anorexic, cuz i'm so skinny. and you know what these boys said while i was babysiting, "you're so fat. what's all that...fat" I KNOW i'm not fat. I the complete opposite of you i think i'm too skinny. It doesn't matter what people say sometimes. Sometimes you just have to block it out. and so what if you are fat, which i know you aren't. If that's the way your body's made so be it. You play soccer and do gymnastics, honey, that's MUCH more than I do....and I'ma stick. My point is be happy with what you got. You can't alter your body but so much. Sometime's it's just going to do what it's got to do.
oh and maybe it's just PMS, we all go thru it, us girls can relate. I actualy get happy when i get a little bloated, cuz i can fill out these places where real curves are supposed to be. But overall I'm happy w/ my body and so should you.

You've answered your own question.You say you "think" you are fat.Trust me you are petite,perhaps slightly under-weight.Eating junk food all day is not healthy.There is a reason it is called junk food.A lot of fatty foods is also bad for the complexion.Maybe you could make suggestions to your mom about some healthy foods you would eat.A lot of healthy foods do not have a lot of calories (if weight gain is your concern).I realize at 14 you are probably not concerned about long term health but talk to Lori and ask her opinion on having good nutrition and fitness.Perhaps you will respect her opinion more than mine.Try to feel secure about your body image.Take care.

your not fat.. your thighs are tiny and your waist is a good size. when i was 14 i was like 110 lbs now thats fat, 85 is nothing. instead of eating all that junk like the lays you like have your mom buy the baked kind they are a little more healthier and taste a lot better. for cookies get those 100 calorie packs their real good too. and if you drink soda drink diet or that zero calorie coke. you wont taste much of a difference. for candy maybe eat less or try to buy some that is lower in sugar. that just about covers your diet. but i still don't think your fat. and ignore Stuart. my brothers call me fat when they want to upset me hes probably doing the same thing to you

Good lord, Emily. Just adjust your mirrior to aim more at the ceiling. It'll make you look skinnier to yourself. That's what I do on my days when I think I look fat. I know I'm not fat, but I could be more toned. I can't do any hard exercises cause of my neck and back right now. Try yoga moves to tone ^ quick. I'm 5'2 and wiegh, leeme go check,,,,135. But I had 3 kids and I got a tummy pooch. Slight pooch.You're fine for your age and height. Your tiny and that has it's advantages. You're not fat!

Uhhh, I wish I could tell you that you are just in a phase and will grow out of it....but unfortunately you won't, we as women have this incredible self image that we try to uphold but always remember that you are your own worst critic...5 foot at 85 pound is not fat. Keep up the healthy lifestyle b/c it is never to early to create good habits and as long as your eating healthy and exercising while having fun you are OK. Because we are blessed with PMS, life will always be a bit crappy once a month but that passes. My husband tells me that nothing is more sexy than a women who takes care of herself and struts with confidence in whatever body God has given her.

Hun listen, im 21 and take it from someone who is closer to your age, your not fat. Do think you are because then you will get yourself in trouble, just start asking your mom to buy you good food and continue doing gymnastics and soccer. Dont worry about what other people have to say about you. Be confident and enjoy your teen yrs. Have fun and be safe, and eating junk food is ok too. If people think your fat their nuts. Dont listen to them your too young to worry about that. Hope this helps and if you need any advise message me kel_429

You are not at all fat. I am a year older than you and about your height--I weigh more than you but I'm still kinda underweight. So don't worry about losing any weight, ok? Your metabolism is changing right now (horomones--fun fun) and the gymnastics are keeping you fit. Whatever you do, don't try to lose weight--you'll feel thousands of times worse.

Your not fat. I'm 13 I weigh 115 and I'm 5'5 my brothers always call me fat and laugh in my face about it. I checked to see if I had a healthy weigh and I do but you your underweight. Eat more!!

Hun, If you weigh 85lbs and are 14 then you are deffinatly no fat. But you probably not underweight eather because you 5ft. So your right were you need to be. But whenever you start to feel fat just think there are people who weigh 200lbs and are 14. That helps me.
