I have never thought of it that way...but now I am just going to throw my bag of cookies on the ground before I open them...just so I don't have to feel as bad when I eat the whole damn bag...thanks for the tip!

Hee hee, never heard that theory before. Well if you weighed a cookie and then collected enough crumbs to equal that weight I would think they would have the same amount of calories.

Yes, and especially if you eat them while standing up by the counter or near the pantry where you found the bag.

definitely. and licking the spoon has no calories and eating off someone elses plate is acceptable due to the fact that they are THEIR calories and not yours!!!!

Absolutely!

Just like when you don't order dessert, but your boyfriend does, so you just eat his. If YOU don't order it, technically, they're not your calories!
