It was not anything racist, cruel or unjust it was playful and it was on a cell phone and the guy said he recorded it for them

Yep. If it was bad enough, the person who received the call can go to the cops and they can find you.

Yes. A prank call is a prank call, regardless of how you manage to cover your tracks.

While we are on the subject, prank calls are childish, creepy and intrusive, and only to entertain the person who makes he call. It qualifies as harassment and is illegal, either way you look at it.

I sincerely hope you do not make prank calls; they are not funny, just stupid and illegal!
