I think he should have a fire themed song or advertisement either in his head or music player. It could be ever changing and addicting. For instance, "You'll need more than Preparation H after I get done with you," "Tinactin is not going to help you against this burn." While attacking the character could be singing Ring of Fire, Baby Light My Fire etc.
