This is an unusual situation.
My SIL's wedding was planned for a month from now. Her fiancee had a stroke and is having other serious problems. He is being kept in an induced coma.
Can she legally marry him in this condition? I don't know if she wants to, but I'm just curious. I believe that once you have the license, that you basically only need a signature from an authorized person.

Any idea?

No, since he cannot consent to the marriage. There might be an argument if someone else has a full durable power of attorney but I wouldn't wager heavily on that.
