The sexiest piercing on a guy (or a girl for that matter) is one the wearer likes. It doesn't matter if it is readily visible (like a labret); or not (such as a genital piercing)--if that piercing makes you feel more confident, happy, and sensual, then it's the sexiest piercing for you. What's sexy to you? Piercings can accent your best feature, or dress up your worst feature.
Contrary to what others have posted, a carefully done piercing done by a professional piercer with appropriate aftercare is no more likely to risk infection than a paper cut.

I think it depends on the guy. I mean, some guys look really hot with piercings, but some look ridiculous with them. My ex-husband, had both ears pierced, as well as his penis. I disagree with the previous answer that it is a sign of low self esteem. My ex didn't have that problem at all.

hey im a guy and have 14 piercings and have a great management position in a hospital.most of them cant be seen except the ear and nose .i have a very small jewel in the nose ,cant wear the ring to work ,guess where the rest are!

Nipples only, although ears are OK. I do not like any piercings in the facial area (eyebrow, nose, or lip) at all. Anything below the waist is a turn off.

Piercings are really good for capturing infections, so if infections turn you on go for the pierced one. Nose ring -- mucus, eyebrow weird, lip --holy smokes!, penis -- give me a break. Piercings are a pretty clear determinant of low self esteem. If you can't figure that out you deserve what you catch.

piercings on guys "appear" socially acceptable... however in the real world guys with piercings have a reduction of 90% of landing that good job or promotion.....

I think lip and tongue piercings are attractive. I think tattoos are sexy too. :P
