ok well i have a salt water fish tank, and i have this red( maroonish) stuff on my rock with bubbles underneath it and when i take the red stuff on my rock off it is making my rock peel off in chunks. ( the red stuff is really thin) and i NEED to get rid of it fast ! thank you !

In all probablility, you have cyanobacteria ("red slime algae"). Control this by removing (siphoning) as much as possible so it has less capacity to reproduce, increase your water circulation, and reducing feedings. You may also need to do more frequent water changes (to remove nutrients on which this needs). See the website below for more information on treating this:
