Why can't I get the great axe armor's soul? I kill him, leave the room, come back in and kill him again ovover and over but it doesn't work. Do I need to kill him a cetain way or with a certain weapon? (I already have the soul eater ring, that doesn't work either)

Increase your Luck and wear the soul eater ring. Then kill kill kill. That's all there is to it. The axe armor drop is VERY rare, but there's no trick to it other than being stuborn.

You need to equip any weapons/armor/souls that increase your LUCK stat. There is a drop percentage for every soul, and depending on your luck the percentage goes up.

Nope, just keep at it, his is a hard soul to get but there's no trick to it, just keep at it. It once took me about 3 hours of killing them to get the soul on one of my playthoughs. Good luck.

Just keep trying, i needed to get a soul and took me a long time to get it, try raising your luck to max, get all the stuff that raises luck by alot.

Nope, surely shop at it, his is a not common soul to get yet there is not any trick to it, surely shop at it. It as quickly as took me approximately 3 hours of killing them to get the soul on one in each of my playthoughs. good achievement.
