Think of what the definition of current is, no equation is necessary. Current is defined as the change in charge per unit time. The units of current (Amps) are Coulombs/sec. Hopefully this helps you to figure out what you are looking for.

Electric current =charge flown / time=10 coulomb / 5 second
=2 coulomb per second= 2 ampere

an amp is a coulombe per second. so,

I=q/t

so I=10c/5s
I=2amps
