i have a dell latitude notebook-- can you charge the battery without hooking it up to an ac adapter

buy car charger.the power has to come from a source.either ac or car charger.if there is a solar power charger as the above said would b very expensive for sure.battery can't b charged by itself without any power source.

no way....you can try with a solar charger or a car chager....But i am sure that you can't charge the battery without plugging the power.

nope. if you need one, try ebay. they don't cost much more than ten bucks.
