I lost my first baby on sep 11 06 and they hade to take one of my tubesa out of me and now it is hard for me to have a baby will it be a long time for me to have one?

I'm so sorry for your loss. With ony 1 tube it will take about 2x as long as it would with both fully functioning. Seeing how you have about a 25% chance of conceiving every month, that would lower your chances to about 12.5%. You could get pregnant right away, or it could take up to a year. Talk to your OB about this.

Okay, instead of paying for some woman's secret to how she conceived, pick up a copy of "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler for FREE at your local library. You can also pick up a copy from Amazon ($15.00 - it's worth it!) It will tell you how to chart your fertility signs (temp, cervical fluid/position) and can tell you if and when you are ovulating. It's not the rhythm method, which assumes a day 14 ovulation. All women are different and we don't all ovulate on day 14. By charting, you'll see if you actually ovulated that month and you won't have to stress as your period comes closer wondering if you actually ovulated that month. Goodluck!

I am assuming that you had an ectopic pregnancy. you can most likely get pregnant again with one tube. you have a high risk of having another ectopic so be sure to see your doctor IMMEDIATELY when you find out you are pregnant. you most likely have tubal damage in the other tube as well and may have problems becoming pregnant. if you have been trying since september, I would see an infertility doctor if you are not pregnant in the next few months. if you have recently started trying, see a doctor if you have not conceived in about 6 months
