With all of the research being done, and after finding that marijuana isn't the evil monster that the goverment said that it was,there is no reason for it not to be illegal.It is a good mild pain reliever,It gives ill patients an appetite,and it will relax you after a hard day at work. An independant study found no addictive properties in it. The government should legalize it and tax it like cigarettes and booze, puy an age limit like they have on cigarettes and alcohol , and quit putting people in jail for small amounts in their possession. Too many people would abuse it to make it legal. I think doctors are allowed to prescribe it for medical treatment, which is fine. Drugs do horrible things to people. Some people might argue that making it illegal will provoke people to do it. My view on that is that most people follow the law and the few that don;t are prosecuted by the law.

No, I don't think marijuana should be legal. It really doesn't matter because people are going to keep using it anyway, even though it is illegal.

At this point it is not good or bad really. We do a lot of things that are worse but legal. We should all have right to do what we want providing it doesn't directly affect others and their rights.

well im not sayin they should but, people already use it even though its not legal and it makes life harder for everyone else cause if they know there gonna do it whats the point to make it illegal?? so its a maybe thing

i dont think i'd be bad if it was strictly for medical use but this is America. people are not gonna just use it for medical purposes. so no, it shouldn't
