When asked for previous education is it ok to omit a school?

I'm just wondering because I once attended a few units at one community college but they were electives that I took just to be at school in the summer. Is it okay to omit it?

for sure, especially if you left it out because it was irrelevant and not because you did really badly or slept with the teacher or something
