I can't remember all the way back to the 1970's anymore. Those cells died a long time ago.

No, but I have had my students take off their shoes and socks. It was really not suppose to happen, but it was funny. I gave them a sheet on directions and it said to read the whole thing before doing anything... there were 39 items on the sheet, from clucking like a chicken to drawing to taking their shoes off and placing them at the chalkboard, once they returned to their seat they were to take their socks off and put them under the seat of their desk... when you got to number 35 it said do not do anyting but number 36 write your name on the line, 37 give yourself an A if you only did 37, 38 and 39, 38 was write the time, and 39 take your paper to your teacher. There were two classes together when we did this and boy did we get a great laugh out of it... it was difficult to keep a straight face while they were doing all the crazy things though.

Yup During P.E When we go inside to do the physical fitness testing you have to take your shoes and socks off. At Least, that's what happens at my school. I don't know about yours though.

yes i have.And yes my feet got dirty!Well my teacher let the whole class take off there shoes and socks if they wanted to.

Sure have and I'm the teacher. They keep our floors fairly clean and vacuum carpets too. The kids sit on the floor a lot.

My friend always did it when we were in school,she used to feel so uncomfortable in shoes & used to bring a pair of slippers to wear when she removes shoes

i did when i was like in the first grade cause i was playing at the playground and i got a rock stuck in my shoe. as soon as i got it out i put my shoes and socks back on

yeah i took mine off. i was in colorguard for band so i was always at school. but i always put mine back on my feet didnt get that dirty
