I got a job offer today, but I had a very good interview with a job for the state in which I live in(The job I want).Should I take this job only to leave when I get hired for the state.I like both of the job places but the state has way better benefits.I feel pretty confident about the interview I had today.

Yes, I would take the job that was offered to you today. You should not be over-confident about your interview. Worst case scenario here is that you have a job you like either way.

well there is an old saying " a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" however there were some variables you left out; is it only you? Do you have children? Which state do you feel more comfortable in? It sounds like you value the benefits greatly so I would wait on the job you want.

Why would an employer mail to a person in another country and recruit employes or if you are in London how do they the person is employed or not, usually companies have their own servers but this hotel has asked you to reply on itbox a different server, avoid the mail it is spam.

How long before you have to let them know about today's offer? Ask for as much time as you think they'll give you. It's always better not to accept then quit, but sometimes it happens.
