I had a miscarrage and then had my period 3/26. The doctor said that I no longer had hCG in my blood and I took a pregnancy test that was negative. Then Sun 4/22 i took a hpt and it was barely pos. Yesterday 4/24 I took another one and it was very posotive. I need to know how to tell how far along I am. The whole miscarrage thing confuses me. I also need to know when I should go to the doctor.

You should go to the doc NOW NOW NOW....they are going to want to keep a really close eye on you to make sure everything is ok....Its hard to tell how far you are without blood tests and especially an ultrasound...Please call the doc first thing in the morning, they will want to see you right away. Dont risk it...this time, precautions can be taken to make sure that doesnt happen to you again..good luck and I will pray for you.

4wks 2 days--pregnancy is dated from last menstrual period. As for exactly when you ovulated and conceived--they will have to do an ultrasound to pinpoint.
You need to make an appt with your OB/Gyn first thing in the morning.
