I need some website that are companies like jhonecash.com(but they don't buy modern day star notes.) that buy star notes.
I HAVE:
The years are from 1999-2004. The are in good to excellent condition. Some are pulled from packs of new star notes some are not. So please give me as many websites that buy STAR notes modern. Please dont give me ebay.com.

I cannot think of a case where there is much of a market for 1999 - 2004 star notes other than eBay. They aren't scarce enough to sell for much of a premium.
I personally have been able to find most of what I need for my own collection in circulation. The only one I'm still looking for is the new type $10.
