Are'nt clouds evaporated water condenced on to dust. No dust no water ?

Thank you for your answers. BUT. If clouds formed less often, our dear old SUN would shine more on us, Our earth would heat up, melt the ice caps and flood most land mass. If we were lucky to survive that problem, would we be able to stand the terrific heat that we would then be subjected to.
