It may be difficult, but you could consider selling your old consoles and games or trading them in for money that could be used towards a PS3. You could also babysit.

4GET THE PS3!!! sens ur 11y i think ur better of with a WII ($250). BUT i really recommend a 360!!!. ONLY $400. well worth it. better than ps3. i got a WII and 360 AND had a PS3 for a WEEK and HATTED it SO I TOKE IT BACK TO THE STORE and got my $600 back. 360 allso has thing like online gaming (xbox live) and the games themselves (HALO3, GEARS OF WAR) r better than PS3

O and 4 the job ideas try selling thing u dont need (like atv) or see wat really big shores u can do 4 ur parents that they can pay u for, like painting a part of the house or mowing all the yard urself.

Go to your library and look in the juvenile section for books with money making ideas for kids. These books give legitimate, tested business ideas and plans that are appropriate for people too young to get working papers. If you can look in the card catalogue online, you might even be able to search your entire county and get the books that interest you transferred to your local library (by placing a hold) for you to pick up.

Good luck. You CAN make good money. Just make sure that your safety is your very first consideration.

Do some chores for your neighbors like cleaning or getting groceries. They will pay you for it. If you know someone you usually work for and you tell them that you want to get a PS3, they might give it to you as a reward for doing a lot of chores for them when you are free, but it might take a long time to earn it, but it will really pay off in the long haul.

Put flyers on all your neighbors doors and offer to mow their lawns for $20.
Wash cars.
Get a paper route.

Good luck!

Yard work. Not just mowing lawns, but raking leaves, cleaning cars, roof gutters, watering plants etc etc.

Just limiting yourself to mowing is going to make it take longer.

do you mean should you sell your atv? if you don't use it, absolutely. you can also ask your parents if they can hold a garage sale, and if you can keep the money they get from selling your stuff. of course you can ask them if you can earn money by doing chores at your own house. if you're a good student you can also do other peoples homework for money. even if you get in trouble it's not like your teacher can take away your money. but doing these little things would take forever, you have to do a bunch of things at once. when my boyfriend wanted us to buy the wii, I told him only if he payed for half of it by selling his old games and dvd's at gamestop.

I had a buddy that worked for the park district using his ATV to rake the baseball fields. Check that out.
