Go to thesaurus.com and type in the words from your word list. Odds are you'll find a definition in the list synonyms you're given. It's also easier than typing out the words and definitions, and you never know who on Yahoo! Answers really knows the answers.

Good luck in the future.

If you do not want to have an eighth grade vocabulary your whole life, you should probably do your homework yourself. Seriously, in the long run it does matter and people with a good vocabulary are better recieved than people who use the word "conversate" as if it is an actual word.

It doesn't seem like you're asking for help, it seems more like you want someone to do the work for you. Get out a dictionary - the answers are all in there and you'll probably learn something from the exercise. If there's something specific you'd like help understanding, ask for that.

There is a really good website I think you should know about. It's got a dictionary, a thesaurus, encyclopedia, and a web search engine:

reference.com

(no www.)
It gives examples from many published ones like britannica, websters, etc. So you know they're valid.

Sorry kid, the forum is "Homework Help". It is not "Submit Your Homework to be Accomplished by Someone Else"

I have a novel idea, have you ever heard of a dictionary?

BTW, if someone else does your homework, who will take the test?
