What is the cheapest GOOD notebook, & where can I get one?

I need a notebook as in the laptop one! AM ON A LOW BUDGET! WHERE CAN A GET A GOOD ONE THAT'S CHEAP!!!!!!!

Dell and HP have great notebooks at fair prices and pretty good customer service. My brother likes to buy from http://xtremenotebooks.com. If you aren't worried about tech support and such, I've had great luck with ebay, but be cautious do your homework.

if u can spend 500 u can get a decent one brand new.not as fast though but it does the job.
