I think any pervert who does that should get LIFE in prison, if not the death penalty. That might sound extreme, but when you think about it, it's just sick. These laws need to be strengthened and enforced.

I haven't heard that...but he should get the maximum sentence allowed by law and more...also he should have to financially support that child but should also not have any legal rights to the baby or have any knowledge of where the 10 year old girl is at when he gets out of prison....
