im 5'5 and weigh 95.5 lbs im 13 yrs old

i constantly feel the need to loose weight because i feel fat so i exercize a lot

for lunch i sumtimes just have like a few animal crackers or nothing
sumtimes i eat normal meals but now ive been eating a lot less

i always have dinner and sumtimes breakfast

i try to convince myself its just that i have a small apitite but idk

every once in a while i think about purging
i never have but ive thought about it
especially recently

i sometimes get dizzy
and i have really low self esteem

cud i be anorexic or have an eating disorder


help im really nervous

darling you really need to talk to somebody you trust about this , , ,nobody on thsis site can give you advice about this without seeing you. this is somthing that I have struggled with for many years, get it sorted while you are young and live a happy confident life . . just talk to someone x

Its good you know its not normal to not eat a lot. I went though the same thing. Talking to a doctor is a good idea too. They will run test to make sure everything is okay and give you tips on how to help yourself. Taking prenantal vitamins until you get a plan.

You really need to talk to someone about this. I understand that, that is probably the last thing you want to hear, - I know, I've been there..... but you need to find a way to feel better about your weight, and self, in a healthier way. I don't think your anorexic, but you defiantly have eating problems. By the sound of it, you could easily be on your way to anorexia or bulimia. You sound like your underweight to me, but I know that you don't feel that way. Talk to someone, weather it's a doctor, therapist, friend, friend's parent, neighbor, your parent - whoever your comfortable with. You'll be OK, just talk.

Just focus on liking yourself. Don't purge. There are way too many risks- rotted teeth, stomach problems, etc. (even in some cases death) You are not fat! Compared to many people I know, you are quite skinny. Its OK to watch you food, but you need to eat! Eat small portions throughout the day. Please don't end up another stupid teen in a clinic fighting for their life!

Sounds like you do. You need to tell your parents or your school counselor. You need to get help before it gets worse and believe me, it will. You know you can die from it, don't you?
