We (US) are the biggest drain of resources so what is our policy on population control? I know that China has one but they have had the highest growth of consumption.

thanks

There is no need to have population control in the U.S. The best population control is wealth. Countries with the highest population growth are the poorest ones. Read up on "demographic transition"...

Who said the U.S. was the "biggest" drain of resources? Either way, we don't have a population policy and if you think having one is a good idea, go to youtube and watch some of the videos on China's one child policy. It results in 40,000 abortions a DAY. It results in parents killing their unborn daughters so they can use their one child ticket on a boy. It results in more boys in the population vs. females and throws the social aspect of the country in limbo--not enough women to go around. It results in female children being abandoned and placed in orphanages that practice infanticide, where children are permitted to die from starvation, just to get rid of them. Think very carefully before letting the government tell you how many children is legal or proper!

Yeah... people on a whole are still too retarded to start some good pop control here.

Isn't it interesting how you need a license to drive to prove that you know what you're doing so you don't hurt anyone.

BUT! You need nothing of the sort to have a child. That way you can pop out a good 5 to 10 of them and screw them up royally because you have no clue what you are doing and simply do a bad job at parenting.

US has no pop. control policies as far as I know. That's why those welfare morons are popping out a jillion kids and no one cares. Actually, they get more $ for more kids! It's a severely screwed up system.

I don't believe we have one.
Explains a lot, doesn't it?
