A small snack and a big glass of water usually gets me going again. My favorite is a Powerbar or a banana with peanut butter.

WHATS UP KIDDO.yeah i feel u. around 1:30 - 2 I i usually have a cup of koshi cereal dry. this has a signifacant amount of slow burning carbs as well as protein and fiber. then on the ride from the office to the gym i'll usually slam back a lo carb energy drink. it sucks sitting on your *** all day then after being irratated all day u have to go to the gym. but it has to be done. maybe try doing some crunches or running up and down some stairs thro out the day to keep ur heart rate up as well

Eating has some influence on your energy, but people have a down feeling regardless of their diet. Some people get a lift from O.J., or some caffeine drinks. You can use a training partner, so your commitment to them keeps you on time. Since I work out daily I could be talked into being one of your training partners.

Eat smaller and more foods.

A protein drink or bar, or even peanutbutter with apples at about 3pm will help.

Cut back on the AM caffeine and sugar.

Take a Salsa class to workout...that's much more fun then being a human hamster.

Best wishes

I take a nutritional supplement that helps me with energy. The nice thing is it isn't the "jittery" feeling that you get from caffeine or ephedra, and it is also beneficial for your body. It also helps with stress and mental clarity and focus.

Since it is against Y!A guidelines to "promote" any product, I can't provide you with the link, but if you would be interested in learning more about the product you can e-mail me.
