sinks or will i have to do something with my counter tops?

I'm 99% sure that they do. Should be able to simply replace. Check with a plumbing supply store and they'll inform you.

Sinks are often sold in various sizes as they increase in widths, and standards are pretty clear in general construction.

Double sinks are designed as an alternative; offering an option of using both sides for different purposes, not at all to do with size.

Measure the sink from underneath/The opening it rests in, and purchase a single that suits you.

My kitchen sink is a double/stainless/shallow; 33 x 19 with an opening of 32 x 18 and dropped in fine. Without knowing the substance of your counter top I see no reason why you can't find a sink at an HD or Lowes if those are available, and likely not have to cut anything.

Yes they do! Just remember that you will have to repipe the drain pipe under the sink, from two to one. Good luck!

you can get a 33 single. i bought one for my old condo..

it was a kohler stainless steel.. check them out
