2x^2-3x+1=0
(2x-1)(x-1)=0
x=1, x=1/2

x^2-x-1=0
using the quadratic formula
the solutions are x=(1+5^(0.5))/2 and x=(1-5^(0.5))/2

(2x-1)(x-1)=0
x=1

I can't figure out the next one. Did you type it correctly?
