very interesting, we do all enjoy sex, but i think the point where u need medical or psychiatric help, is if its starting to hurt people that love u and care about. say if all your income is going on porn, or if your cheating on your spouse or significant other. if they need sex in excessive amounts a day. all good things are best in moderation, too much of a good thing can be bad for you. so its really up to that person on how much is too much. if its cheating, or even as far as raping, sex with underage people, those could be major dangerous signs. its nothing that cant be saved though. i personally think it could be a faze , but is resolved with some guidance and care.

The term is not "nymphomaniac," it's "sex addict." And it's a problem when it interferes with your ability to have a normal life, just like any other addiction. If you skip work all the time to get sex, then it's likely a problem. If you are constantly contracting STDs from your tons of partners, it's a problem. If you do really unsafe and risky things in pursuit of sex, it's a problem.
If you're just female and have a sex drive (even if it's a high sex drive), it's not a problem.

I would say if you are engaged in dangerous behavior like sleeping with guys you know little about. They could end up being axe murderers or at least give you AIDS.
For most women who have this problem, iit's a self-esteem issue. They don't feel attractive, so they have to reassure themselves by getting guy after guy to sleep with them.
The problem is, the more you've been around, the less a decent guy will want you.
I don't know why girls don't feel the same way about guys who sleep around a lot, but they have the right to hold that against us if the want (this paragraph is to prevent anyone from calling me a sexist hypocrite).

When you think about sex all day long, it can be at the most innapropriate times but you dont care. When it gets to the point to where you masturbate everywhere like at work, school or even in the store. When you can see 10 random guys and you would say its ok to have sex with at least 7 of them.

definite. Its fairly straightforward. even as somewhat female receives touched via daddy, or uncle, or moms boyfriend, they'll advance as a lot as change into strippers and nympho's. additionally they have a tendency to be risky and could cut back your junk off in case you cheat. SO definite, they exist, yet pay attention. maximum persons of them were sexually assaulted at an fairly youthful age and are literally appearing that out.

I think when it gets to the point as most other addictions, where you feel that you can't get through the day without having sex at least once (preferably more than once) and don't care who it is with as long as you get your kicks.

They have Sex Addicts Anonymous groups. Go and inquire.
And if you determine that you're not, hang out and wait for someone to relapse.
By the way, do you think non-sex addicts sit around wondering if they are sex addicts?
