seem we struggle to find balance?

Life is chaos. Balance should be easier but I think people in general tend to make things harder for themselves.

Our inner struggle seems to go on and on, but it is the temptations that are all around us which makes determining what factors go into striking a balance. We a re always faced with either a clear cut choice or a trade off of some sort.
