we all know the answer is no for a president, but what about his VP?. Carter chose a national security advisor that was born in Poland, so now I want to know if Obama can choose a VP from Austria

No, because there's always the possibility that the vp could become the prez. It's happened before. the last time was when Kennedy was assassinated.

Sure, he can choose Arnold, I mean someone from Austria. It won't matter anyway.

I think he'd need to pick Rudy as his running mate to have a snowball's chance in hell of winning, and I doubt Rudy would even return Obama's calls right now.
