like a language you only know what would you write or do?

A personal language/code would be useful if there was something I wanted to write that I didn't want anyone besides myself to read.

I used to journal quite a bit, and often I wrote about thoughts and feelings that I didn't want to share. I haven't journaled in years. Perhaps I would journal now if I could be assured confidentiality, but I really couldn't say for sure.

One of the past great minds wrote in a mirrored fashion so that no one could read research that was advanced for the time. I think it was DaVinci and/or research in human anatomy.

If only I knew it whom could I communicate with it? Codes are used for a purpose & this wouldn't serve one.

Well you'd first need to teach it some or it'd be pointless. Then you could secretly communicate with them. It's been done countless times before.
