Being a little older, I enjoy taking my time and looking around at the scenery. When driving, it is a lot less stressful and I get better gas milage than driving a mile a minute. Sometimes I have to, because of the traffic conditions.

On foot, I tend to move fast as that is my natural gait. It keeps me energized and focused on what I need to do. It's important to keep moving at a natural pace. Going too fast, you miss a lot of things in life. Going too slow, you become lazy and lethargic.
