I would cry - it's such a hassle, it's happened to me. It's a lot of work canceling the credit cards and replacing driver's license. The person who stole mine was able to use my ATM card, but the bank didn't hold me responsible - how did they get my pin number that's what I want to know?

I would let you run with it: The driver's license is expired, the credit card is maxed out and my kids pictures are 8 years old!!!! + there is no money in it so ha!

If i new it was you ,I would say something to you and give you the opportunity to say that you did it and return it .
I would leave it at that , if you were always a friend , but definitely would tell you the path your taking , is not good .

First thing I would do is call my bank and put a stop to it. and then they can stop my credit card, and then I would go for my licenses. don't have to worry about money because I don't have any.
