The "Good, Bad and the Ugly" had civil war scenes from the west. "How the West Was Won" depicted Shiloh. I can't think of any other. The "Horsemen" with John Wayne depicted a raid in the western front.

It would be more appropriate to call it the "western theater", and Glory was made about a unit in the eastern theater of operations. There are fewer movies that depict the western side of things, but one outstanding one is "Ride with the Devil" (starring Tobey Maguire and Jewel) which talks about the border war with Missouri and Kansas. Although technically that is the "Trans-Mississippi" theater, it is still western. The movie "Andersonville" is also considered a western theater depiction, because its prisoners were Federal soldiers primarily captured in Georgia, Tennessee, and states considered part of the western operations. I'm sure there are others, but those are the two that stand out for me. By the way, the western theater of operations was critical to both armies, as almost every historian will occur, many who think that the western battles such as Chickamauga, Vicksburg, Ft Donelson, etc were every bit as critical to the Federal cause, as it completely cut off the Confederacy from prime sources of beef cattle and troops as well as taking vitally needed eastern troops away from the eastern operations of guarding Richmond or taking on the Army of the Potomac. To say that the west was unimportant is to be misinformed.

Are you sure you are talking about the same war? When you hear about "war on the western front," it is usually in reference to the battles in western Europe during World War II.
Not much important happened on the western front of the Civil War. There were battles on the western side of the Mississippi in order to control the river, but west of there wasn't terribly important compared with what was going on elsewhere.
