The muslims claim this is a HATE crime. I say just kids being mischevious.
My feeling is that if these kids are charged with a hate crime, then everyone on YA who chooses to slander God, Jesus the bible, or any other text, holiday, symbol or belief of my religion, is guilty of a hate crime. ANd I will prosecute the offenders, Yahoo and any other person or entity involved in the comission of the hate crime. Its time to start cleaning up the answers folks.
What do you think? Do I have a valid point?

I agree with you. How does a sandwich constitute a hate crime. I thought to have a hate crime a crime actually had to have happened. For example, a black man being beaten because he is black or a gay man murdered because he was gay. These were actual crimes. A ham sandwich is not a crime. Would it be a hate crime if someone put a non-kosher hot dog down in front of a Jewish person? It is absurd to me.

Muslims seems to be getting special treatment around the world. "We better not offend the Muslims but we can bash Christians all we want." It is a ridiculous double standard.

the actual question is, did she wreck any regulations as a childminder. Is she legally obligated to appreciate the religious desires of the dad and mom? if so, you have an legal accountability to coach her in (or a minimum of you totally might, in case you have been registered) . i individually do not think of this is that great of a deal, however the dad and mom o.k., might. this is on no account this type of element she'd do in front of the dad and mom, and that's what makes it incorrect. this is deceitful, and underhanded. i'm confident, she's a spectacular caregiver, otherwise, yet she needs to comprehend this is not suitable. you in basic terms asserting so, probably, won't do so.
