First of all, a CRNA is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist -their patients are asleep or really nervous about their surgery.
Ask about their education, responsibilities, what they can or can't do,salaries..
Also ask for funny or exciting stories.
[ the last time had surgery, I sang the whole time I was in recovery - my surgeon, the volunteers, and the pastor all told my husband I was a cheap drunk!]

Isn't CRNA Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist? I hope anyone that's putting me under is using her senses more than her intuition, although she may need to watch for subtle changes in the patient's condition.
